Starting Slow run Then Sprint or Fast run
Then repeat the Process
For 8 minutes long
I gotta admit it's kinda short
Anyway but the Running the teacher
Told us to check our pulse rate
I check mine
60BPM(Beats Per Minute)
And the teacher said it should be around
60-80 BPM
So we ran
after the 7th/8th minutes
I turn my head to the back
some of my classmates are already walking
>.<
I'm still keeping my pace and running faster for the last minute
when it's time to get back everybody is like
" WAHHH SO TIRING!!!"
"wah this and that"
I'm still standing strong like a man
=]
so the teacher told us to check our pulse rate again
They say it should be 120-140BPM
I counted mine
Make a guess?
